Making the order
To successfully finish the order you need to add desired products into the shopping cart. To continue you have fill in the information needed to deliver the products. Then you will see how much it all costs and you can choose to pay with banklinks or bank transfer. Banklinks are working with Montonio.
If happens that the product is not in stock by our or technical error, we will let you know right away and will refund.
Shipping
We deliver mainly by Itella Smartpost and Omniva.
Shipping costs are payed by the shopper.
Usually it takes about 3-7 working days to deliver inside of Estonia.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We will refund only the cost of the product (not shipping).
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
